Our family therapy and counselling sessions focus on improving communication, resolving conflicts, and strengthening relationships within your family. We recognize that families are unique, so we work with different structures and diverse dynamics. Our clinicians use evidence-based modalities to support parents and caregivers navigating the behavioral and emotional needs of their loved ones, providing access to free resources for sustainable change.
Community is everything to us. Collectivity and connection are pathways to lasting healing. Our group therapy, webinars and workshop series provide a supportive and collaborative environment to help you connect with others facing similar challenges. We offer groups for a variety of mental health concerns, available periodically throughout the year, with registration details here!
"Walk and Talk" therapy involves therapy while walking, standing, or sitting in the community instead of in an office or virtual setting—no walking necessary. It is accessible to all, with the same counselling and psychotherapy components, enhanced by the relaxation and (often) deeper processing often facilitated by a low-pressure setting in nature, forest-bathing.
