introducing your full Mind to Mindful team

We are building a sustainable community of healing practitioners that grow and learn with each other. We foster a team environment with an enhanced sense of belonging and overall care for emotional well-being to ensure we can best serve you and your loved ones.

Rachel Hilton, Founder of Full Mind to Mindful (she/her)

Full Mind to Mindful emerged from a busy, overworked, burnt-out, chaotic mental space and an inescapable craving for calmness, stillness, mindfulness and deep healing.


A very full mind in survival mode to a journey of mindfully compassionate self-love with a keenness for finding new and sustainable ways to regulate the nervous system and stay more in the present moment than in my mind (and I won’t pretend this is always easy and that I always get it right - I’m human!). 


From a wounded and unhealed place, I was painfully self-isolating and lived in a chronically dysregulated state that coped with hyper-independence and stubbornness to prove “I got this” (does this sound like you?) while singing “alllllll byyyy myselfffffff” (insert cringy Eric Carmen tune from the 70s, YouTube it, I dare you, if you sang that in your head while reading it, this is most definitely the space for you). I tried on therapist after therapist, program after program and skill after skill to find what worked and what REALLY didn’t work for me. My healing journey shifted drastically when someone suggested to pause and said “let’s sit TOGETHER with this and WE will figure this out”. (Not that I need to sit with it, not that I need to figure it out, but WE, TOGETHER *insert mind=blown emoji*). Full Mind to Mindful is the space where we do this with you, as a community, as a team, we find the stuff that works for you WITH you. We know you got this ;) and you don’t have to do it all on your own.

  • I’m Rachel Hilton (she/her pronouns) 
  • I created Full Mind to Mindful for you, as an abundant community of support for your mental health needs, from my own lived experience with navigating many systems
  • I live with neurodiversity/“neurospice”(ADHD)
  • I’m a Registered Social Worker with a Master of Social Work degree (RSW, MSW), Psychotherapist & I believe in the power of energy healing and all things holistic to support your healing journey (it’s not all about the talk therapy here)
  • My healing journey has taken me through the wilderness of exploring my 2SLGBTQIA+ identity, chronic pain, substance use disorder, complex-post traumatic stress disorder (C-PTSD), & persistent depression.
